We are: Consultants | Strategists | Brokers – We seek multiple proven sales professionals who will focus on new client acquisition supported by our Employee Benefits consulting practice. The candidates we seek would feel comfortable selling to senior-level executives and business owners. This is in the B2B market, using a highly consultative sales approach. You will be targeting CFOs, CEOs, and other high-level executives. If you can't see yourself in a consultative selling environment with a proposal in the $250K- $500k range, this position is not for you.
The Opportunity
Compensation
We prefer candidates who want to double their income, but not overnight. The base salary based on experience will range from $80k to $100k/year, plus a highly residualized commission.
First-year on-target-earnings $120k-$140k. Top producers reach a $1MM book of business within 4-5 years, with on-target-earnings (OTE) between $350k - $450k/year; $300k residualized commission.
To achieve this level of success, you cannot be afraid of prospecting to C-level professionals who may have never heard of our firm.
